In some cases, yes!  Every property and every situation is different so sometimes we need to be creative in how to help an Owner get away from a property.  

Depending on the circumstances, price, condition and location of the property we can close in as little as 5-7 business days, while properties that require more in-depth due diligence the process can take up to 30-45 days. 

Having all information disclosed to our team upfront greatly assists in reducing time spent on due diligence. 

I have an amazing team that’s located all over the US so if a physical presence is required at a  property we are able to send someone, if not there’s always cars, trains and airplanes!  

Thanks to modern technology, we have the ability to complete most all paperwork and funds transfers electronically.

Change of heart can and has happened; however please keep in mind the sale and purchase of real estate is solidified by a legally binding contract.  In extremely rare and extenuating circumstances, a contract can be legally terminated upon agreement of all parties involved.
